ShuleMS

Building the Future of African EdTech

We believe every school in Africa deserves world-class management tools — not just the ones that can afford expensive enterprise software.

Our Story

ShuleMS was born from a simple observation: schools across Africa were drowning in paperwork. Fee collections took weeks to reconcile. Report cards were produced manually. Communication with parents was unreliable at best.

We set out to build a platform that addresses the unique challenges of African schools — from M-Pesa fee collection to CBC grading, from SMS communication via Africa's Talking to multi-campus management.

Today, ShuleMS serves 500+ schools across East Africa, managing over 200,000 student records. But we're just getting started. Our mission is to give every school the tools they need to focus on what matters most: educating the next generation.

Built for Africa

We don't adapt foreign software for African schools. We build from the ground up with African realities in mind — M-Pesa, CBC curriculum, SMS communication, and multi-language support.

Simplicity First

School management is complex enough. Our software shouldn't add to the complexity. We obsess over making powerful features feel simple and intuitive.
