Yes. We integrate directly with Safaricom's Daraja API for STK Push payments, automatic reconciliation, and real-time payment notifications. We also support bank payment reconciliation including NCBA.
Yes. You can configure flexible payment plans, early payment discounts, and fee agreements per student or family. The system tracks balances and sends reminders automatically.
Yes. Full support for strands, sub-strands, learning outcomes, rubric scoring, and CBC report cards. This is purpose-built for CBC from the ground up, not traditional grading bolted on.

ShuleMS has role-based access control with 88 granular permissions across 12 modules. You define exactly what each staff role can see and do. Your bursar sees finance, your teachers see academics, your transport manager sees routes.
Data is encrypted, backed up daily, and hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Each school group's data is fully isolated with strict tenant separation.

If it is a good fit, we will get you set up with a 40% setup fee to begin, with the balance due after your school is fully configured, migrated, and your team is trained. You only start monthly payments once everything is live.
No. The monthly fee covers everything: every feature, every user, every upgrade. The only variable costs are SMS credits, which are billed at carrier rates.
